Boa noite Steemians, tudo bem?
No post de hoje eu irei continuar com a série de posts sobre o lado negro da maioria dos feriados e celebrações de festividades e feriados cristãos.
Gostaria antes de mais nada de dizer que eu respeito quem aprecie e celebre as festas e feriados, mas também creio que seja necessário sabermos as suas possíveis origens para que possamos pensar no que estamos fazendo e o porque estamos celebrando determinadas datas.
Seguindo então com a série de posts, no post de hoje irei mostrar para vocês o lado obscuro do Valentine's day (ou o dia dos Namorados no mundo todo (exceto no Brasil, é claro)).

Como poderão ver no vídeo, aparentemente o Valentine's day também está repleto de rituais pagãos, bem como a adoração ao deus Cupido (ou Eros), que foi um personagem muito importante na mitologia romana.

En la publicación de hoy continuaré con la serie de publicaciones sobre el lado oscuro de la mayoría de las fiestas y celebraciones de festividades y fiestas cristianas.
En primer lugar, me gustaría decir que respeto a quienes aprecian y celebran fiestas y días festivos, pero también creo que es necesario conocer sus posibles orígenes para que podamos pensar en lo que estamos haciendo y por qué celebramos ciertas fechas.
Luego, con la serie de publicaciones, en la publicación de hoy te mostraré el lado oscuro del día de San Valentín (o el Día de San Valentín en todo el mundo (excepto en Brasil, por supuesto)).

In today's post I will continue with the series of posts on the dark side of most holidays and celebrations of festivities and Christian holidays.
First of all I would like to say that I respect those who appreciate and celebrate parties and holidays, but I also believe that it is necessary to know their possible origins so that we can think about what we are doing and why we are celebrating certain dates.
