Hello everyone I hope you all are fine and safe from the coronavirus outbreak and are making the efficent use of your quarantine time like me i am learning new things in this quarantine period of time especially i am learning how to prepare dishes in this quarantine. As i tell in my past post quarantine challenges that i am learning how to make dishes from my sister. In this quarantine we made many dishes also i learn making of dishes. We also made chicken kanti which is my favorite meal with the help of my sister. I have also taken the photos of that meal , i will share them with you in this post. So my favorite meal is CHICKEN KANTI . Now in this post i will tell you all about this meal . How to prepare this meal and what are the ingredients used for making this meal also which kind of nutrients found in this meal. Especially why i loves this meal.

Firstly once again i am thankful to the @steemitblog who once again gives me and all the members of the community a chance of writing in this community. This is my entry for the third writing contest. In this contest we have to tell about the favorite meal.so lets start.
As i already tells you my favorite meal is CHICKEN KANTI. Chicken KANTI is very famous in my Kashmir everyone loves to eat it .

what are ingredients required for this meal

  1. Pieces of chicken

  2. five spoons of curd.

  3. Garlic paste.

  4. Black pepper powder

  5. chicken Masala

  6. Food colour powder two to three drops.

  7. Turmeric half spoon.

  8. salt

Vegetables

  1. onions

  2. Tomatoes

  3. Lemon

  4. coriander

  5. mustard oil

  6. Green chillies.

steps for preperation

  1. Firstly cut the Tomatoes and Green chillies into small pieces.

  2. Take the chicken and cut it into smaller pieces.

  3. Add all the spices above into the chicken pieces.

  4. Mix them properly with the chicken pieces.

  5. Then left this chicken pieces for marination for some time.

  6. cut the onions also into the small pieces and add spices to them and put it for marination for some time.

  7. fry the chicken pieces in a masterd oil .

  8. Also fry the vegetables and then add the chicken pieces and the marinated onions to it.

  9. Then add the color powder to it .

  10. After some time chicken KANTI is ready for eat.

*** WHAT CAN YOU EAT WITH IT***

We can eat chicken KANTI with paratha or you can eat it with rice also. It depends on you choice. But i eat it with the parathas

why i love this meal

There are many reasons why i am loving this food . One reason or main reason is that it has bary good faste. I think you have not eaten such a good meal. Also my parents like this food and my parents choice is my choice. When my family decided to make some meal in my home we make chicken KANTI. I always eats this meal with my parents .
