Why a local health care is important

This picture is taken by me rest are from Google i didn't get the chance to visit local health care during lockdown so.

Access to comprehensive, quality health care services is important for promoting and maintaining health, preventing and managing disease, reducing unnecessary disability and premature death, and achieving health equity for everyone everywhere in the world.

Diagnose and investigate health problems and health hazards in the community. Inform, educate, and empower people about health issues. Mobilize community partnerships and action to identify and solve health problems. Develop policies and plans that support individual and community health efforts.

Local health care in my city

There are many local health cares in Society. Including some government hospitals and some free one for people who are below poverty line.

In the above picture its a local health care and it has less number of doctors available there if we take average it is 1 doctor per 4000 peoples.

If you can't afford much money for health services you can go and seek a doctor from the government hospital as it doesn't cost you anything at all just a minor fee. All you will have to do is guy medicines like tablet and all from the medical shops.

In the above pictures it is a big private hospital if you seek a doctor there it will cost you much also if you get admitted there it will cost you almost double per day.

While if you are a rich one you can go to the big hospitals book an appointment with doctor online and get treated easily.

Both are provide you good services but it depends upon your life style. Don't do what you can't really afford.

Goals of care
Goals of care are the aims for a person's care, as agreed between him/her, his/her family, carers and healthcare team. A person's goals of care are not always restricted to medical care. Goals of care in palliative care will change over time, particularly as the person enters the terminal phase.

Community health services

Promote healthy communities and healthy behaviors. Prevent the spread of infectious disease. Protect against environmental health hazards. Prepare for and respond to disasters, and assist communities in recovery.

India is in lockdown since past two months more than 60 days now. I have not went out to my local health care yet. But I'm sure that is opened and if you are sick you can seek a doctor. I have shared some pictures above from the Google. One for big hospital and one for the government hospital.
