The rubber exercise bands are pretty good for this I think and quite versatile.

I've had a go with those but need direction. For now I'm sticking to the 2 vids I have along with some cardio and free weights. Quite happy with how it's going thus far :)

It doesn't take much to get or stay in shape, as long as there is some consistency. My diet is the hardest part for me and I think it is rooted in my childhood.

I'm either at it or drinking beer - still looking for that happy medium :)
