Help Nabila's sister to recover, Nabila Zahra has Atresia Ani or also called Anus Imperforate. Imperforate anus is a congenital anomaly that causes the anus to not form properly. Because of this abnormality, Adek Nabila cannot defecate perfectly like ordinary people. Adek Nabila is always wrapped in a white cloth on her stomach in her daily life.

Nabila could only crawl from one place to another, because her legs were weak and helpless, Nabila could not stand up straight, let alone walk. She really needed the help of others to move from one place to another, Nabila's legs were declared paralyzed.

Nabila herself was born from a simple family even classified as poor, Nabila is the son of Mr. Mutaleb, he himself works as a coolie in the geudong market.
