Review About the SDGs, The Goals and their Impacts
Definition of Sustainable Development Goals
Sustainable Development Goals are a collection of 17 global goals aimed at achieving a sustainable and better future for all. These are goals set up by the United Nations General Assembly in the year 2015 and are planned to be achieved by 2030. Most of the goals are meant to be achieved by usually between the year of 2020 and 2030.
Goals 1: NO POVERTY
SDG 1 is proposed to eliminate poverty among people all over the world.
How it can be achieved
- Poor governments will be responsible for changing political priorities and allocating spending, and finding ways to mobilize their own resources at home, but we must find a way to be disingenuous here where rich governments are. They want to share responsibility, but not burden, power and control the resources poor countries need.
- There should be national implementation plan among all governments. These objective must be clear and binding, with a term of three to five years. They must ensure that citizens and civil society are fully involved in achieving these goals and that participatory monitoring systems are in place so that citizens can be held accountable to the government.
- Private funding is required and the willingness of companies to participate in the SDGs is welcome, but to date there have not been enough checks and balances to ensure that public-private projects protect the rights of others, act for the good of the community or provide better service to the community.
Goal 2 ZERO HUNGER
SDG 2: Achieving this goal requires a sustainable food production system, be it the use of suitable agricultural practices that are sustainable over time, technology, and many other aspects that achieve the goal.
In addition, there is a need to end the use of outdated agricultural systems and better use information technology.
With this, which is committed to the access of food to people and to end hunger and malnutrition will be ended in by the year 2030 and there will be zero hunger.
Goal 3: GOOD HEALTH AND WELL BEING

quality education.

- We need to develop production capacities to transform economies, i.e. investment, trade, technology and entrepreneurship, as part of a broader industrial strategy for developing countries, broadening tax bases, strengthening the collection, reducing tax evasion and preventing and escaping capital and illegal derivatives Financial flows.
- We need to strengthen multilateralism and find a common solution. The global need for collective action is unprecedented. We need more inclusive and better coordinated institutions, rules, reforms and policies.
- We need to better manage financialization and its macroeconomic effects and strengthen the link between fiscal and monetary policy and development goals.
With this I can concluded by saying that the aims of these 17 goals can be achieved if we all come together collectively and working towards the goals. This will help make the world a better place.
