Botanical Description:
It is a tree 15m tall or more. Wide cup. Compound leaves, elliptical, acuminate, powdery leaflets, lighter green on the underside. The flowers with pinkish petals with a white tinge are presented in terminal clusters. Typical legume fruit, flattened

Uses and properties:
timber, forage and medicinal. The trunk and branches are used to make charcoal and the leaves as feed for livestock.
It is also used in the manufacture of living fences and corral posts.
Medicinally, it is a very versatile plant and is frequently used to treat skin conditions (measles, rashes, pimples, itching), to lower fever, relieve headaches and throat pain, and refresh the body.
