The benefits
Jumping jacks been one of the cardio exercises offers the following cardiovascular benefits.
1: It increases and improves blood flow and circulation all over the body.
2: It balances the heart beats rate and maintains blood pressure.
3: It reduces cholesterol level, averts heart diseases and strokes.
4: It burns fat, and reduces hypertension.
How to do it
Method 1: Stand straight, chin up and keep your arms on your both sides with your legs closer to each other.
Method 2: Jump up. As as you jump, wave your arms over your head and expand your legs to be about your shoulder-width apart. Do that at the same time and pace. Jump back to the starting position to complete a rep. Maintain a chin up throughout the workout.
As a beginner you can do that slowly. But make sure you move your legs and arms at the same time and pace. As you get fit to master the exercise, you can increase your speed and pace. Do the exercise 20reps of 10sets
Mistakes to avoid
1: Avoid spreading your legs and waving your arms at a different motion. You must do that same time and pace.
2: maintain a definite spot on floor as you go through the phases of the exercise. Avoid moving around.
3: Avoid doing the exercise on a slippery ground or tiled floor to avoid injury. Ensure to put on an athletic sneakers.
