Steemfitnesshub Workout Challenge Contest||Planking Workout /@essygold/02/12/21
In order to take care for my health I require to apply regular exercises from time to time. With this in mind, its my pleasure to welcome you once more to my Blog. This is infact my first article in @steemfitnesshub. I am happy to participate and enjoy this wonderful outing, follow my styles and simply apply it to your weekend exercise and see how your body will fix back in shape.
The Holy Bible says:
"Physical training is beneficial" 1 Timothy 4 : 9
This means that regularly applying exercises to your activities once in a while is good in promoting healthy living.
Develop healthful habits. Physical activity can lift your mood and improve your body's response to stress. Eat nutritious food, and try to avoid skipping meals. Be sue to get enough rest. Awake No. 2020 pg 11.
With the above quotes in mind, here I go with my different styles.
PLANKING WORKOUT
FOREARM PLANK
From this exercise I felt my buttocks was tightened up and I felt a sharp pain on my waist down through my bladder. Infact I felt pressed to go and urinate. I also noticed a slight belly ache but I was breathing normally. Lifting up my body was not too easy for me because this is my first time of engaging in Planking form of exercise. Mainly its meant for people who have big tommy and need to shed some fat, as for me my belly is already flattened like that of the Lizard. Do I need this? The answer is left to you.
STANDARD PLANK
I felt a twist on my pelvis and a sharp tingling breaking sound, then I relaxed and straighten up my arms though I still felt pain on my elbows. I was able to stay still on that position for a while of up to 1 minutes and 30 seconds. Then I stopped and rested a bit.
KNEE PLANK
I managed to rest on my knees raising my legs up to about 90 degrees, after this I have to go flat down falling back. It was also strenuous. Anybody with knee ache should practice this exercise and I bet you, it will help open up the knee pores for blood flow and free circulation. I noticed panting slightly when I fell down because I could not endure it for long.
SIDE PLANK
This was the funniest part of the exercise, it was hard and tough for me because I could not hold on to my side planking. Everyone around me could not stop laughing because to them it was simple but to me it was hard because I kept falling down and they all laughed at me.
Eventually I managed to steady myself and regained my balance out of trying and making mistakes. I noticed my belly was folded up but after trying it the third time, it was well flattened. It made me happy that I was able to stay steadily on my side for a while though I was jerking.
At last, I fell down like a log of wood but I felt very happy that I practiced planking. I am looking forward to my next outing and I will surely do more better than this.
After all those rigorous exercises, sweats started gushing out of my body showing me that it was really good. Then I reach out for a cup of water and went in for a cold shower. I was good to go after freshening up. I see myself well balanced and body movements was smooth without pain.

In fact @essygold, that was a great attempt. Planking doesn't just work to burn belly fat, it works in other parts of your body strengthening your muscles. I commend you for your desire and efforts to participate in this contest. Every participant here is a winner already. Thanks for your workout challenge contest.
