My hair has always been unruly, hard to deal with; when I was little, my mom used to keep it very short because it would get tangled and cause a lot of problems. However, as I grew up, I made the decision to let it grow out. It was definitely one of the best decisions I could have made: I am in love with my hair and every day I make sure to keep it clean and cared for.

One of the things I've been known for since I was little is the so-called styling cream, which makes it easier to comb through my hair and prevents the need to pull or break it. I have always had a full container so that, when I get out of the bathroom, I can comb my hair without causing damage.

I currently use a Sedal brand styling cream, which helps harden the hair with beneficial nutrients. Also, thanks to this product I have been able to have shiny, silky and shiny hair.

It is a product that I highly recommend; it has ceramides, which are "fats" that are naturally found in the hair and guarantee hydration. So if your hair is dry and unkempt, using ceramides in the cream of your choice can help bring it back to life.

Carefully, the styling cream is applied to the places where there are knots; the comb is passed delicately, starting from the top, until little by little it is completely untangled. Since my hair is very long at the moment after a year without cutting it, it takes me a long time to comb my hair, but it's worth it.

After using this cream, I always apply an oil to smooth the ends of my hair. I am currently using this natural oil that you see below:

I am a fan of natural nutrient based products, as they separate the harmful ingredients from the raw good and provide us with a product that takes the healthy characteristics of a certain fruit or plant. For example, my shampoo and conditioner are from a line that uses natural fruit fats (macadamia, shea, coconut) to fully moisturize the hair. These shampoos are so moisturizing that they have lifted my hair from its worst downfalls.
