• আমি আজকে আপনাদের সাথে আমার একটি পছন্দের খাবার সম্পর্কে শেয়ার করবো, আরো অনেকগুলো পছন্দের খাবার রয়েছে তার মধ্যে অন্যতম একটি খাবার হলো চা, শুধু আমার না, আমার দেখা অনেক মানুষেরই প্রিয় খাবার চা, চা ছাড়া তাদের সকাল হয় না, চা ছাড়া তাদের বিকাল হয়না, এবং চা ছাড়া তারা ঘুমাতেও যেতে পারে না,আমার দেখা এমন অনেক মানুষ রয়েছে যারা দিনে ৯/১০ কাপ চা খায়, চা ছাড়া তাদের চলেই না। সুতরাং আমি চা নিয়ে আমার কিছুই স্পেশাল ঘটনা বা সময় শেয়ার করব আপনাদের সাথে.

• এই চায়ের নাম হল সর মালাই চা, যদিও দেখতে দুধ চায়ের মত কিন্তু এছাড়া দুধের মালাই থাকে, তাই তার নাম সর মালাই চা বলা হয় বা মালাই চা বলে অনেকে, আমার কাছে দুধ চা থেকেও সর মালাই চা অনেক সুস্বাদু মনে হয়, আর দুধ চা তুলনায় সর মালাই চায়ের দাম অনেক বেশি, প্রতি কাপের দাম 40 থেকে 50 টাকা পড়ে।

• এই চায়ের নাম হলো কাজু বাদামের চা,
  এই চা অনেক ঘন হয়, এই চা অনেক উপাদান এর সংমিশ্রণে তৈরি করা হয়, এই চায়ে স্পেশালভাবে কাজু বাদামের গুঁড়ো দেয়া হয়, তাই খাবারের সময় বাদামের গন্ধ পাওয়া যায়, এবং ছোট ছোট বাদামের অংশও পাওয়া যায়, প্রতি কাপ চায়ের দাম 70 থেকে 80 টাকা পড়ে, এছাড়া এর চাহিদা অনেক বেশি থাকে, চায়ের দোকানে এই চা খাবারের জন্য সিরিয়াল থাকতে হয়, ঢাকায় এই চায়ের অনেক চাহিদা,

• যদিও এই চাটি দেখতে মালাই চা বা দুধ চায়ের মতো,
  কিন্তু এই চায়ের নাম হরলিক্স চা, যা আমার কাছে বিশেষ স্পেশাল চায়ের মত মনে হয় না, এটি প্রায় দুধ চায়ের মত, কিন্তু এই চায়ের এর বিশেষ গুনাহ হল চা থেকে হরলিক্স এর গন্ধ পাওয়া যায়, যাহা হরলিক্স ফ্লেভার, খেতে মোটামুটি স্বাদের, প্রতি কাপ এই চায়ের দাম 50 থেকে 60 টাকার মধ্যে পড়ে।

• আমার সামনে যে চাটি দেখতে পাচ্ছে এটি হলো লাল চা বা রং চা বলা হয়, আমার দেখা মতে চায়ের দাম সবচেয়ে কম, কিন্তু এই চায়ের উপকারিতা সবচেয়ে বেশি, ডাক্তার সবসময় লাল চা খেতে বলে কেননা শরীরের রোগ প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি করে, এছাড়া অনেক উপাদান এর সংমিশ্রণে তৈরি করা হয়, যেমন আদা, লং, এলাচি, পুদিনা পাতা, কালোজিরা, ইত্যাদি, এ প্রতি কাপ চায়ের দাম 15 থেকে 20 টাকার মধ্যে পড়ে।
