With 2200 Steem Power SteemShip (hive-173434) Starting Journey As Curator || Will Start Running From February 2022

Greetings world & Steemit team,
This is an announcement cum application to have kind attention from @steemitblog team as they have great contribution to build so many successful communities. Honestly, we are leaning and our leaning about running a community curator account still going on. We have plan for long way to go and that's why we take a complete year to run our community SteemShip. Myself (@shohana1) and @ripon0630 trying to build our community with our efforts.

So with the promise or commitment steemship is about to run for community authors. Steemship aim to support quality contents which follows all the rules of steemit team including these tags #club5050 #club75 #club100 and #steemexclusive
As we said, we still have to learn so many things so right now the journey of ship just begin later we have plan for delegation and other support we may ask from our community authors but at the beginning SteemShip curator account need to build.

We starting our journey from this February 2022 with the hope because whatever today steemship is, whatever today I'm and @ripon0630 just because of biggest support of @steemcurator01 (heartiest gratitude) at the beginning and we can't forget those days. So our hopes are still alive so we decide to work like before with our full efforts and will follow all the rules and requirement that an ideal community leaders need to follow.

More Information About #SteemShip:

• SteemShip was born in January, 2021 and at the beginning it was a native community of #Bangladesh. Later we community leaders decide to make it open for international users. So we named this community from Bangladesh to SteemShip.

• We had only curator sir Steemcurator01 who always support our author's quality contents and our contest posts. So with that support we easily afford to pay participant authors of our community contest.

• We are honoured that our work was appreciated though we worked for steemship individually instead working with community account and that was our mistake but we are back to repair our mistake. Now we want to build our curator account and again will arrange contest for new comers.

• We are not building a big community with a lots of community leader but considering community growth we may hire more community leader (depends on requirements).

• SteemShip basically focused on #promo-steem project which was sponsored by our honourable sir @stephenkendal and his support for SteemShip is restless. We are still working on promo-steem project and our contribution will continuing InshaAllah. Our selfless curator sir @stephenkendal and sir @etcmike has great contribution of our community existence. Hats off to our all curators.

At the beginning we had mismanagement to run a curator account and when we are ready to go, we come back. So my humble request to our curators is that please ignore our previous mistakes and give us a chance to grow up in steemit. As a community leader myself @shohana1 giving 50% Beneficiaries to SteemShip Community from may daily post, this way I can build a successful curator account faster to support my community authors. Asking for delegation and percentages could be our next step but at the beginning we prefer to build it with the self help and also with the help of steemit team along our regular respectful curators. 💕
