Growing every day (First post to the contest SteemSurprise)

A fraternal greeting to all the members of the SteemShip community and especially to our friend Shohanna who always finds a way to innovate and encourage us to interact, both for our growth and that of the community.
Time goes by and we are still dealing with a situation that has affected all of us in the world and that has altered our life routine in a significant way.

Throughout history, human beings have faced different catastrophic situations that have led us to what we are today. It is necessary to consider everything that has happened throughout several epochs and how humanity persists and resists and positions itself in spite of so many difficulties. The coronavirus is no exception. On a social and moral level, the impact has been high, due to the mortality rate it has reached, to the point that we all know of close cases that have been subjected to this virus. However, nothing, neither the good nor the tragic, is permanent and from this point, the invitation is to live from the premise that we must activate individual and group resources that strengthen each and every one of us.

The situation of grief experienced by those who have lost their loved ones, makes it necessary to pay attention to this process and provide support to those who need it. There are mechanisms through the social networks of support groups considered quite suitable, such as federations of psychologists, aimed at advising through distance modality for the management of these cases.

As part of this virulent process, which we hope will cease soon, we can evaluate some recommendations that make it possible to cope with the confinement, such as adapting the spaces in the home, cleaning, exercising in the comfort of the house, rethinking our relationships with others to make them more harmonious, sharing our dreams with those we live with and establishing guidelines that help us to pursue them.

It is a good opportunity to focus, in particular, I was reviewing my areas for improvement and I got several, which do not require investment of money, but commitment, enthusiasm and effort, such as learning advanced English, and as well as others: sewing machine, which has always been a challenge for me and I have not put into action. That is, to use our time productively, despite the pandemic, we have the opportunity to do many things for ourselves and for our brothers and sisters.
