Me resulta muy interesante leer y compartir este tipo de vivencias cotidianas para conocer y aprender más de métodos útiles en nuestro día a día. Agradezco a @shohana1 por darnos la oportunidad de participar en este concurso. De igual manera les hago extensiva la invitación a @nova001, @isabelserra, @zmoreno y @fiorellam a participar, anímense.

I find it very interesting to read and share this kind of daily experiences to know and learn more about useful methods in our day to day life. I thank @shohana1 for giving us the opportunity to participate in this contest. I also extend the invitation to @nova001, @isabelserra, @zmoreno and @fiorellam to participate.

A propósito del lavado de manos, ésta ha sido una acción de mucha importancia en mi hogar. A los niños les enseñamos desde pequeños y con lenguaje muy sencillo el por qué era importante lavarse las manos, sobretodo al llegar de la calle a la casa y antes de comer. Hemos experimentado a lo largo de los años muchos jabones, en barra, artesanales, limpiadores exclusivos para manos, antibacteriales, de uso general para manos y cuerpo, y pare de contar.

About hand washing, this has been a very important action in my home. We taught the children from a very young age and with very simple language why it was important to wash their hands, especially when coming home from the street and before eating. We have experimented over the years with many soaps, bar soaps, handmade soaps, exclusive hand cleaners, antibacterial soaps, general purpose soaps for hands and body, and so on.

En mi opinión empírica y que por supuesto difiere de respetables expertos que han estudiado distintas fórmulas para la higiene, lo importante es higienizarte con el recurso que dispongas, pero hacerlo: lavarse las manos y al menos por 30 segundos. Nuestros abuelos confiaban hasta en la sábila (aloe vera), en la sal, el vinagre, etcétera y mantenían sus vidas.

In my empirical opinion, which of course differs from respectable experts who have studied different formulas for hygiene, the important thing is to sanitize yourself with whatever resources you have, but do it: wash your hands and at least for 30 seconds. Our grandparents even relied on aloe vera, salt, vinegar, etc. and maintained their lives.

Todo es cuestión de hábitos. Por lo general se aprenden en el hogar, pero sino, y eres adulto que esto no sea una excusa para evitar tomar acciones ahora.

It is all a matter of habits. Usually they are learned at home, but if not, and you are an adult that this is not an excuse to avoid taking action now.

En mi casa en la actualidad y particularmente, me lavo las manos con frecuencia, imposible comer o cocinar sin antes lavarme las manos, o al llegar a casa. Cuando se presentó la pandemia ya teníamos el hábito, así que ha sido sencillo.

In my house at present and particularly, I wash my hands frequently, it is impossible to eat or cook without first washing my hands, or when I get home. When the pandemic occurred we already had the habit, so it has been simple.

Hay un tipo de trastorno psicológico en el cual existe un indicador donde la persona puede lavarse de manera compulsiva las manos; esto no debe confundirse con las acciones que amerita la pandemia de higienizarse frecuentemente; es cuestión de vida y salud.

There is a type of psychological disorder in which there is an indicator where the person can compulsively wash their hands; this should not be confused with the actions that the pandemic merits to sanitize frequently; it is a matter of life and health.

Para ser sincera, en la actualidad no tenemos preferencia hacia un producto específico, cualquier jabón de tocador, que nos agrade en forma y precio en la farmacia, lo adquirimos. Desde la pandemia, adicionamos al jabón en barra, un jabón liquido artesanal (no llevan marca, lo fabrican y venden a precio más económico) y alcohol, el cual metemos en un frasco pequeño el cual nos es mas cómodo llevar al salir de casa y con eso complementamos el lavado de manos.

To be honest, nowadays we do not have a preference for a specific product, we buy any toilet soap that pleases us in form and price at the pharmacy. Since the pandemic, we add to the bar soap, a handmade liquid soap (not branded, manufactured and sold at a cheaper price) and alcohol, which we put in a small bottle which is more convenient to carry when we leave home and with that we complement the hand washing.

Considero que no todas las personas tienen el mismo acceso a productos certificados y algunos presentan dificultades hasta con el agua potable. Lo importante es, de acuerdo a lo que disponga hacerte tu hábito de limpieza y evitar pensar que porque no es tal o cual producto, no te estás protegiendo. Cada quien de acuerdo a sus posibilidades y alcance, pero tomando acciones.

I believe that not all people have the same access to certified products and some have difficulties even with drinking water. The important thing is, according to what is available, to make your cleaning habit and avoid thinking that because it is not this or that product, you are not protecting yourself. Everyone according to their possibilities and reach, but taking action.
