As you can see I followed @steemitblogs example and my 10 SBD contest for Recruitment, Retention and Rewards is coming to a close. How every as I mentioned in my recent post on the Lucky Tens you can win more Steem by commenting. So I will give larger upvotes to people who upvote posts in this Community and who Comment intelligently and Appropriately. Mutual respect being very important. !

I agree that engagement is the life blood of social media. people need to know that they have been heard or seen or made an act, changed a life or simply their post was admired. Its that human touch equivalent, especially in these harsh times.
