Hello sir, how can i undelegate the 10sp i delegated to the country representative account that you requested delegation for?

Go to www.steemworld.org/@igahgift and scroll down the menu on the left side to delegations, select out, then select outgoing, then country-curator, then to the right of the name select "x" and then when the pop up box says delete delegation select yes and enter your active key and it will be removed.
