Scientifically known as Matricaria recutita, it is a plant native to Western Europe and North Asia that is characterized by having a herbaceous bearing and a flowering for medicinal use.
Chamomile, taken in infusions, is one of the most popular to use against internal and external conditions. This plant for medicinal use is used both to treat digestive problems, nerves or cholesterol, as well as to care for the skin or eyes.
The so-called “chamomile baths” are perfect to relieve and fight conjunctivitis, styes or tired eyes.

Chamomile has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic components which make it especially suitable as a natural eye drop. It is also used to reduce dark circles.
