The Olympics are over and the hype is dying down.
For many of us, this is the beginning of private winter sports:

In our region we haven't had one day of snow so far this winter season!

That leaves our winter sports equipment in the basement - or wherever!
Too bad for the kids, who already last year only rode their sleds on slush.
However, I also think that most of us have other problems than winter sports at the moment.
Whereby Putin at the moment will certainly also oust Corona from first place!
Let us hope, however, that it will remain with the saber rattling!

In our country, unfortunately, there is only dull weather - wet - cold and.... if at all, then only dirty snow and dirt!
Therefore one would have to take with us - region Duesseldorf/Germany for winter sports always first a long journey in purchase.
With the fuel prices also no beautiful thing, or?

But there are other beautiful things because the spring approaches!

In unserer Region hatten wir bisher in dieser Wintersaison noch nicht einen Tag Schnee!

Damit bleiben bei uns die Wintersport-Geräte im Keller - oder wo auch immer!
Schade für die Kinder, die bereits im letzten Jahr nur auf Matsche mit ihren Schlitten gefahren sind.
Allerdings denke ich auch, dass die meisten von uns zur Zeit sicherlich andere Probleme als Wintersport haben.
Wobei Putin zur Zeit sicherlich auch Corona vom ersten Platz verdrängen wird!
Hoffen wir aber, dass es beim Säbelrasseln bleiben wird!

Im Übrigen finde ich Wintersport in jeder Form echt Toll.
Allerdings braucht man dafür auch die richtige Kulisse:

Bei uns gibt es leider nur trübes Wetter - Nässe - Kälte und... wenn überhaupt, dann nur dreckigen Schnee und Schmutz!
Deshalb müsste man bei uns - Region Düsseldorf/Deutschland für Wintersport immer erst eine lange Reise in Kauf nehmen.
Bei den Spritpreisen auch keine schöne Sache, oder?

Aber es gibt andere schöne Dinge denn der Frühling naht!
