Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

Yes! I do understand the voting & curation in steemit.Lets first understand what is voting in steemit.The voting as we know in general isn’t the same that implies here,here you can either upvote or downvote a post.Voting adds/decreases value of the post.So lets understand it in a good way,The voting is set to 100% before you perform any voting activity.Voting power decreases in two ways,if you have SP<500 then your vote costs you 2% from the voting mana.It also recharges at a speed of 20% per 24 hours. If your SP>500 then you can select the vote percentage.

Now talking about the downvote it costs you 4 times more then upvote,every time you downvote a post you loose 8% of the voting mana.You should only downvote a post if it violates the steemit laws or is a plagiarised post.Downvote isn’t for fun.

Now lets talk about curation
To be simple the curation means getting rewards for upvoting quality content.Now you should upvote a post only,if it adds value to community,or is informative.When ever you upvote a post you will get rewards in form of SP,there is no alternative for this.The author gets 50% of the rewards & the curators get 50% of the rewards.Author can get reward in format of SBD,STEEMPOWER or STEEMPOWER ONLY.Its totally upon the author.

What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

Now coming to the second question,well there are times when the curation rewards are decreased then usual.If y upvote a post before its age reaches 5min’s you loose some part of your curation rewards.At different times you loose different reward percentages..Here is a table of the rewards.

Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?

I personally would like to vote @steemchiller & i would explain the reasons because he made the most important tool for steem which is steemworld.org & i would also like to upvote @justyy for his efforts that he made in making of steemyy.com.I would like to vote them as witness.

Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

Incase I found a new community that is of my interest I would definitely join that community.As of now i have joined few communities which are as:STEEMIT NURSERY,BEST OF INDIA,NEWCOMER’SCOMMUNITY,STEEMIT CRYPTO ACADEMY,ACCOUNT BOOSTER & many more.
