Here is my post for achievement 5 Task 3 in the newcomers community and the question were given by @cryptokannon but the teaching was done by @yohan2on "Reviewing Steemyy.com". What is Effective Steem Power and Tools- Steem Account Information

Steem Power is the voting power which is calculated by the amount of steem a user hold a steem power. It is also used to upvote post and it can be delegated to other user account . Delegation is the act or process of vesting some amount of power in steem to another user’s account so that they can make use of it from their own account.
meaning of effective steem power
Effective steem power is the amount of steem power that’s available for upvote and other steem power related activities excluding delegation that’s made by the user Or the amount of available steem power plus delegations that’s made to you by other people.

What is Effective Steem Power and Tools- Steem Account Information

How do you delegate steem power(SP) using “steem power delegation tools”
To delegate steem power using steemyy click on tool from the homepage then find the steem delegations tool,click on it and then input the appropriate details.

How do you check the Transfer History between any two Steem accounts using "Steem Wallet Tool - Steem Account Transfer Viewer"?
Steem wallet tool- steem ACCOUNT transfer viewer options is on the tool page , click on it and input the id of both user, the type of token send the range amount of token sent. Screenshot below

How do you automate claiming of STEEM or SBD without having to click claim button each time, using "Steem Auto Claim Rewards"?
Auto claim of steem rewards can be accessed by clicking on tool from the home page of steemyysource then find it and click on it then input the account id and posting key then enter claim.screenshots below

How do you check the outgoing votes report for any specified period using "Steem Outgoing Votes Report"?
It can be accessed by clicking on tool from the home page of steemyysource, then scroll down to upvote and flags , then find Steem outgoing vote report, click on it then put details for account and the date

How do you check the incoming votes report for any specified period using "Steem Incoming Votes Report"?
It can be accessed by clicking on tool from the home page of steemyysource , then scroll down to upvote and flags, then find Steem incoming vote report, click on it then put details for account and the date.

How do you check who has delegated SP to your Steem account or any Steem account using "Steem Power Delegator Checker"?
It can be accessed by clicking on tool from the home page of steemyy, then scroll down Delegator and delegatee to find Steem Power Delegator Checker, click on it then put details for account and then search. Screenshot below
