Project Rendering

Greetings fellow #Steemians, I write again with pleasure to fulfill another achievement, which is the fourth of my series in this community. I wish to talk on rendering of structures especially the interior view (for example houses). First of all, I will like to define rendering as the art of enhancing the beauty of an architectural piece after drawing.

The Process

A house is first of conceived on a piece of paper and put down, then using an Autodesk application called AutoCAD, it is drawn to the interpretation of the architect or engineer. In other cases, Revit (another architectural software) can be used in its drawing. At this stage, after completion, the work is good but based on a scale from 1-10 in terms of beauty, it lies approximately at 7. So, in order to satisfy the client to the fullest, a rendering application such as Lumion is employed. It should be considered that rendering a project is like painting a house once it is finished. The house may still be considered completed after the plastering has been done, but we all know painting the house begs of beauty and appealing to others. A well painted house brings about positive reviews as both the painter and the owner of the house will be proud of painting and living in the house respectively.

Remark

It is not a mandatory task to render a house, it is just an added advantage as listed below.

Advantages	Disadvantages
it helps the architect or engineer convince the client to the point where it is nearly impossible not to be impressed by the work that has been done	The sole disadvantages is that these rendering software are usually very heavy and affect directly the graphic cards of the computer or laptop which deteriorates itself with time and eventually reaching the stage where it gets bad permanently.
