Drawing Aesthetics
Peace to you #Steem users, it is a pleasure to write on another of my achievements; which happily is the fourth so far in this community. I wish to use the angle of beautifying buildings to help apply markdowns as required.
As humans, houses too need to be decorated to attract people or investors.

Method

As well thought, a person can only be beautified when they have already had an initial layering. For example, in the case of women, they can increase their already existing beauty by applying make-up to the desired areas. This is essentially the same thing with buildings. One of the many applications that can be used to beautify a building is the very one and only TwinMotion. Thanks to this marvelous platform #Steemit, I will be able to get into contact with those using this software or related-software to share ideas (this again is another marvelous positive aspect the Steem offers).
In practical, a house or project is drawn on another software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, etc) to perfection and then saved. This saved file is then exported to the master himself Twinmotion which after a bit of experience and expertise, can unveil the inner beauty that was not primarily appreciated by the software.

Remark
As earlier stipulated, it is not imperative to render a house as it is not also imperative to add make-up to a human body. This is just an added advantage and that helps add beauty and conviction power to the owner of the project on potential buyers and investors.

Advantages	Disadvantages
It increases the experience of the user(architect or engineer)	Most software that offer sweet beautification of projects usually destroy the graphics card of the machine used in the long run.
Used to fortify conviction power held by the artist towards the client	Requires a lot of time and attention to detail
After finished work, it increases satisfaction and self-worth of the artist

Below on the left is an example of non-beautified(non-rendered) work on AutoCAD.
However, on the right, the work has been rendered.
