Hey everyone! Hope that you all are doing well. Today I'm gonna share my achievement 2 post n It's all about the basic security on steemit. So, with help of this, we'll grasp the application of keys. Let's dive right in!

Now, it's time to respond to all the questions of achievement 2.

Question 1:

Have you retrieve all your keys on steemit?

Answer:

Yes! In PDF form, I've retrieved all the keys.

Question 2:

Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?

Answer:

Yes! I'm aware of the functioning of keys n restrictions. Here's the brief description;

• Posting Key:
  It's used for many purposes like following, unfollowing, posting new posts, comments on other's posts and also for resteem.
• Active key:
  It's used for withdrawing funds and transfering funds to other steemit accounts. Additionally, it's used for power up n power down.
• Owner key:
  This key plays a vital role. Through this, you can recover your steemit account if u lost the data and can be used to change other keys as well. One needs to be careful for this key n keep it safe n protected
• Memo key:
  It's used for encrypting n decrypting while transfering the funds.

Question 3:

How do you plan to keep your master password?

Answer:

I've saved my keys in Google drive. It's saved in my personal USB as well.

Question 4:

Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?

Answer:

Yes! I do know. For this purpose,
✓ first of all we have to open our wallet

✓click on drop down button n then transfer

✓write the username of a person to whom you wanna transfer fund

✓ apply your active key
✓ fund will be transferred successfully.

Do you know how to power up your STEEM?

Answer:

Yes! I'm aware of it as well. Let me show how to power up. For this purpose
✓ first you've to open wallet n click on drop down button same as we did before

✓this time click on the power up

✓ now enter the amount you wanna power up

✓ click power up
✓ apply active key
✓finally, powered up successfully
