My yesterday

This is my first post since I joined this amazing platform and am so excited to share this.I Woke up yesterday so happy😁,was getting ready for church when I got a call from a friend to come for a catering service ,I was happy because it what I love doing ,and I do it well and am also confident in what I do too.
I just made my catering service official to my friends and family and I was happy I got orders and all

Was there thinking of how to execute my plan when
my spiritual father started preaching about business ,he said as an entrepreneur you need to create an idea ,think and imagine and come out with something different and unique ,he said you need something that stands you out from every other person.finally he said when a business fall don’t fall and never give up .

EVERY GREAT MAN OUT THERE FAILED SEVERALLY BEFORE THEY BECOME SUCCESSFUL

I was blessed 😊

At that moment,I was happy I didn’t miss service,at the same time I was happy it was a night party
Service ended and I left immediately I took some pic,one of the things I love so much

I had to go to the market close to where I live on the island
On my way to the jakande market

Finally I got to Jakande market in Lagos(located on island),I got there late due to Lagos traffic😩,it not easy leaving in Lagos 😢.
Here are the ingredients

Am preparing chicken sauce with vegetable jellof rice
Ingredients
Rice
Tin tomato
Fresh pepper and tomato
Seasoning
Thyme
Curry
Gizzard
Chicken
Sweet corn
Carrot
Onion
Ball pepper
Green peas
Vegetable oil
Black pepper

In process

I had issues with my gas and all,that delayed me but didn’t discouraged me

So I continued with my chicken sauce

I was done with the chicken sauce by 7:00pm and am supposed to deliver by 8:30pm

So immediately I started cooking the rice

I had to settle with this after a long day

Too bad I had to post today,I had a flat battery yesterday and I could not post it
