YES, I was able to retrieved my keys immediately after the sign up process, this generated my master password which helped me generate other keys needed on the steemit community. The following keys are: posting key, active key, owner key and memo key.

Do You Know Each Of These Keys Function And Restrictions?
Posting key: This is meant for day to day logins . these allow you to post, vote, resteem, comment, follow and also allows to mute other account.

Active Key: The active key are for sensitive tasks, such as profile details, avatar, placing order in the market, transferring funds, power up/down transaction, converting steem dollars, and voting witnesses .

Owner Key: The owner is meant for the use when it necessary . The owner key is a power key because it can be change any password of an account. In this case , its advisable to stored it offline and use it only to recover a compromised account.

Memo Key: This key is not commonly used to encrypt and decrypt private message that are sent through the block chain…

How Do You Plan To Keep Your Master Keys?
Your password or your owner keys can never be recovered once you lost your password , because your account has real value. It recommended to write it down on a pieces of a paper or it can also be digital offline. such paper must be kept in a private place where no one else can have access to the paper except the real owner.

Do You Know How To Transfer Your Steem Tokens To Another Steem User Account?

Click on the down arrow next to the number of steem tokens held in the wallet section of ones account, then process by clicking the transfer in the dropdown box.

Then enter the name of the account to whom you wish to transfer, follow with the number of tokens, and memo if you wish, then click next.
Finally enter memo if required on the confirmation if you wish, then click Next.
