Good day fellow steemians, It is another beautiful day to present my achievement 5.3 task having just recently completed the achievement 5.2 I am here to do justice to the questions asked.

Question 1: What is Effective Steem Power? Tools- Steem Account Information

The steem power of a person determine the weight of his/her vote. The more the steem power, the more the effectiveness of the voting power.
In order to access the tools and the steem account information there in, we follow this process.
Once the steemyy.com is open on the browser, the interface is displayed as shown below

Then click on tool, it takes you to a new page that contains tools which includes: steem essential, witness tool, upvotes and flags, delegator and delegatee, follow or mute, and miscellaneous tools

Question 2: How do you delegate SP using "Steem SP Delegation Tool"?

From the list of tools, locate the steem SP delegation tool

Click on it, this take you to a new page. Enter delegator's ID , delegatee ID as well as the amount to be delegated. It can be completed using either through steemlogin or steemconnect and other options.

Question 3: How do you check the Transfer History between any two Steem accounts using "Steem Wallet Tool - Steem Account Transfer Viewer"?

Click on the tools, then under the steem essential, locate steem wallet Tool- Steem Account Transfer Viewer.

Selecting the option take you to the next page that shows the account history as shown below

Question 4: How do you automate claiming STEEM or SBD without having to click claim button each time, using "Steem Auto Claim Rewards"?

This is done by selecting the steem Auto claim Rewards under steem essentials.

Clicking on it takes you to the next page as shown below where steem ID and private posting key are entered then click on claim to claim Rewards.

Question 5: How do you check the outgoing votes report for any specified period using "Steem Outgoing Votes Report"?

Under the upvotes and flags, click on the steem outgoing votes report, this takes you to the new page where you are required to enter your steem ID and the dates from when to start and the date to end. Then proceed by clicking on the outgoing votes report, a green icon below.

Once the parameters are inputed, it finally display the outgoing votes report for the user

Question 6: How do you check the incoming votes report for any specified period using "Steem Incoming Votes Report"?

It follows the procedure for the outgoing votes report, click on the incoming vot s report under the upvotes and flags, proceed to supply your steem ID and the dates to start and check then click on incoming votes report. The result is displayed in form of a pie chart representing each votes received.

Question 7: How do you check who has delegated SP to your Steem account or any Steem account using "Steem Power Delegator Checker"?

On the main tool page, scroll down and select delegators and delegatees. Choose the steem power delegator checker
