The wonders of Nature

I was just walking down the street in to get some noodles from a supermarket and along the road I saw a mango tree with fruits mostly not yet ripe but there was something I saw which caught my attention and raise questions on my mind.
It is this picture of a mango fruit developing a new seedling in an unripe fruit.
I know this phenomenon could be termed Vivipary. But vivipary often occurs mostly in ripe or overripe fruits.
What is your thought.
The site is beautiful to behold though.
