I am a Nigerian, from Akwa-Ibom State by birth and Abia State by marriage.

I am a General Cashier / Payroll Admin at Marriott International, one of the world's leading hospitality brands, where I manage the payroll and cash transactions of the hotel. I have over 9 years of experience in various sectors, including hospitality, retail, and food services, and I have acquired multiple certifications in customer service, retail management, and soft skills that enhance my professional capabilities.

My core competencies include hospitality management, customer relations management, e-commerce, and retail operations management. In my previous roles as an Assistant Manager at Food Concepts PLC and a Checkout Manager at Sundry Markets Limited, I was responsible for the business planning, financial control, health and safety, loss control, sales building, and customer service of the outlets. I also led and developed teams of over 20 people, ensuring their performance and growth. I am passionate about providing innovative solutions that accelerate corporate growth and building corporate relationships that increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
