I am thankful to the @cryptokannon for increasing the number of greeters. Now our achievements are being quickly verified.
This provide motivation to proceed further. It give us the feelings that our posts are valuable.
Today i am feeling so glad to post my final achievement.
I am very thankful to Miss @cryptokannon, Sir @hassanabid and Sir @haidermehdi for posting valuable information regards achievements.

My achievement 6

1. How voting and Curation work on steem?

As human being we require motivation to work or to perform any task. Same like other social media networks we give our vote on quality content of our interest instead of just providing a like. These votes are motivation for the bloggers on steemit. It provides respect to their content and also provide financial support to them for their motivation.
Because Curators are also the human being. They also need motivation to reward others. So this is beauty of steemit that it creates a win win situation and provide return to both curators and authors.
When some one upvote the post of others out of reward pool of steem then 50% is given to curators and 50% is given yo author of the post.
The curators who have more steem power they can have more influence on the posts and vice versa.
The voting mana tool is used to monitor the voting power. It is like an energy bar. When it is 100% then with every vote it declines. And again it is recharged by the system @ 20% per day.

2. If post is upvoted Before completion of 5 Minutes!

As i told earlier if a curator any post its 50% curation reward us given to the curator. But if he vote before completion of 5 minutes the
a. If he vote at 1 minute of post he gets 20% and remaining 80% remains in the reward pool of steemit.
b. At 2 minutes he get 40% and remaining remain in reward pool(RP)
c. At 3 minutes he get 60% and 40% in remain in RP
d. At 4 minutes he get 80% and 20% in remain in RP
e. At 3 minutes he get 100% of the reward being given as curator.

1. New Comers Community by @cryptokannon. I like it because here we get introduced with new members and it provides the learning through achievement tasks. And because of its admin @cryptokannon spirit
2. Steem Schools
   I like steem Schools community of Mr. @dobartim because of his passion, tireless efforts and prompt response by him and the MOD of the community @enveng.
3. Steem Nursery
   I like steem nursery because of his minnow support program for the new comers. I have also applied in it and i am waiting for the response of @cryptokannon and @fendit
