Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

Voting

To vote on an author content or write up means you acknowledge the importance or validity of that particular post. a voter can vote more than 10 times a day but the value of each vote depreciate each time he casts a vote, also every user have what is called the voting manner which reduces every time you cast a vote but it also replenishes by 20% by day.

Curation

A person who curates is called a curator and curation is the process of voting for an authors content which may be comments, write ups, but to curate a work the reader must have been able to validate the importance of that post in the various community before curating. A curator would receive 50% of rewards if he votes before the first 5 minutes of the post.
For every up vote that a curator makes he receives rewards, but the curator does not receive any when they down vote, because a down vote reduces the rating of the author, while up votes increases their rating.

What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

If a curator votes before 5 minutes the individual will receive less than 100% of the Initial 50% in rewards based on the time, here is tabled illustration;

Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?

This is a very important question, to answer that m pick will be @alphafx, my reason is because he introduced me to steemit and mentored me, also i find his post very interesting especially those on crypto currency and trading.

Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

My pick will be the steemit crypto academy, my reason is that i have always been in love with crypto since my first purchase of it in 2016,and since the i have had this grown desire to know and make research in the crypto world.
