SP can only be delegated, it can't be transferred from one person to the other.

When you click it another tab opens and if you fill it accordingly you can delegate other people steem power.

Yes, and for that active key authorization is needed.

Curation rewards are the ones you gain by voting and commenting other peoples posts.

By voting others you earn curation reward whereas by posting, commenting you earn the author rewards.
