What Is Plagiarism?

Plagiarism, to my knowledge, is when a work is submitted in duplicate, that is, when one author tries / copies and another author without their consent. In reality, this is an act of theft. Steemit's content tag strongly opposes this action.

Types Of Plagirism

Mosaic Plagiarism
Deliberate Plagiarism
Self Plagiarism

Mosaic Plagiarism

This is a type of plagiarism that relates to the use of synonyms, changing words so that they don't look like the original. This is considered the most common type of plagiarism and is often difficult to detect.

Deliberate Plagiarism

As the name says, it is on purpose, and is done line by line preset by presets, that is, copying the original author's work entirely. This type of plagiarism deserves punishment.

self plagiarism

This may seem innocent, but since plagiarism is the act of duplicating content, it is also considered plagiarism. What's that? when you, as the author, return to your previously written content to copy it without providing a reference.

Consequences of committing plagiarism.

People who plagiarize on purpose should think better, because even though in the short term they can win something, in the long term I think plagiarism will take its toll.

Little by little, those who copy repeatedly will lose their hunger and desire to create their own ideas. Nothing makes us more proud than to see a work created and produced from within and with our own creations.

Another thing that people who commit plagiarism should pay attention to is that sooner or later they can be found and the consequences of being caught plagiarizing affect and destroy the credibility and career of everyone regardless of the field in which they work.

Avoid plagiarism.

To avoid plagiarism, we must always mention the source from which we obtain the information. Sources can be websites, books, photographs, authors, etc.

When we mention the sources of some of the information we use, we avoid plagiarism and others, we give the people who worked and researched the information they deserve.

Citation Method

The rose is considered the most beautiful flower in the world, which is why it’s called the “queen of the garden.” It’s one of the most popular flowers worldwide, and it comes in different sizes and colors.source
