but in the courts of Western countries some people have claimed innocence for seriously injuring someone in their sleep, even for killing them in their sleep.

A forty-three-year-old man repeatedly injured his wife in his sleep, running around like crazy at night, punching her, stabbing her dangerously, and even driving long distances. According to court experts, "the person has a sleep disorder, and this is a dangerous, unintentional, and automatic condition, which does not mean it is done intentionally."

There have also been reports of sexual activity in sleep, a condition called sleep sex. One wife reported that her husband had sex with her in her sleep, but woke up in the morning with nothing to remember Recently in the West, sexsomnia is used to mean "any sexual activity during sleep."

In this condition, the sufferer can automatically perform various sexual acts such as masturbation, sexual intercourse, various sexual conversations, etc. during sleep. What medicine is used?

Ø Diazepam, it is given at night before going to bed. Since its action is about twenty-four hours, it can be given only once a day. You should not drive or operate machinery while taking this medicine, as it may cause accidents. This type of drug is more likely to be addictive again

Ø Clonazepam, this medicine is also very useful. Sleep time is given. The response to this medication usually lasts for eight hours. One should not drive or operate machinery while taking this medicine. And it can affect the memory of some people. There is a possibility of addiction to these drugs if used for a long time. And if taken with alcohol or any other medicine, there may be a reaction

Ø In Imipramine, this medicine is usually given in case of depression. It also has special benefits in the treatment of sleep apnea and sleep apnea. There are various side effects such as dry throat, dry mouth, difficulty speaking, constipation, drowsiness during the day, dizziness, etc. In children, this medicine should be given in much lower doses or in lower doses.	Ø Epilepsy medicine: These medicines are given if someone has epilepsy, and for that there is panic in sleep and movement in sleep. When epilepsy is cured, panic or movement in sleep is also cured. However, EEG (Electroencephalogram) test is needed to diagnose epilepsy.

Ø If there are no toys or objects on the floor of the children’s bedroom, they are more likely to stumble while walking in their sleep.

Ø The door or front door of the house should be well closed, the windows should be closed properly so that they cannot open easily.

All these precautions are taken because many children or adults have fallen and been injured or had accidents due to sleep deprivation.
