Hello!, friends, this is Sagar, and I am too much honored by getting the opportunity to complete the 3rd achievement. actually guys I was not able to reach on steemit for a few days just because of some personal issues, and now I am thanking God that I am here to meet you guys on steemit.

I have completed my 1 and 2 achievements and now I am going to complete my 3rd achievement.
And actually, I am too much thankful to the steemit guys because each achievement gives me a lot of knowledge about steemit, so I am too much impressed by steemit.

In the achievement, I am going to explain all about plagiarism and so on about it.

WHAT IS PLAGIARISM?

The act of copying another person’s ideas, words, or work and pretending they are your own, this act is said to be plagiarism. according to Merriam Webster, the plagiarism word is derived from the word plagiarize means that something is to be stolen or Use another person's ideas.
In another word, plagiarism is a type of fraud in which you steals someone's ideas and lie afterward.

There is a question that arises can words and ideas can be stolen or not?

The answer is yes, according to U.S. law. now we are going to explain some of the types of plagiarism that are copyright issues without giving credit, turning someone's work into your own work.
Let's explain about types of Plagiarisms

There are different types of plagiarism all these types of plagiarism are serious violations of academic honesty.
We are going to define the most common types of plagiarism which are given below.

1 Direct Plagiarism

Direct Plagiarism is the word-to-word copy type of plagiarism. in this type of plagiarism, someone used to copy others' words or data so according to me this type of word to word copyright issue belongs to direct plagiarism.

2 Self Plagiarism

Self-plagiarism occurs when a student submits his or her own previous work, or mixes parts of previous works, without permission from all professors involved. for example, we used to cheat our teachers by showing them our old homework, we used to mix it with new homework without taking permission from our professor.
so this type of plagiarism takes place under our knowledge so this is known as self-plagiarism

3 Mosaic Plagiarism

Mosaic Plagiarism occurs when a student without using quotation marks borrows or writes phrases, and finds synonyms of the author's word for changing lines. which is now capturable to any tool.

4 Accidental Plagiarism
"Accidental plagiarism occurs when a person neglects to cite their sources, or misquotes their sources, or unintentionally paraphrases a source by using similar words, groups of words, and/or sentence structure without attribution. Students must learn how to cite their sources and to take careful and accurate notes when doing research. Lack of intent does not absolve the student of responsibility for plagiarism." Source

when you only write "this is copy content", It's not sufficient to give also link address and specify the web page. Every copy/paste sentence shown in inverted commas "--".
