Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?
Well, There are two options for voting on Steemit which are Upvote and Downvote. If we find a useful post then, We can upvote it.
If we have less than 500 SP, then we will vote with our 100% Voting Power and when we will reach 500 SP, then we will get a option to vote with voting power and we can vote with less than 100% voting power.
If we upvote a good post, then 50% rewards will go to the author and 50% Rewards to the curator.
What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?
If we vote a post before 5 minutes after posting, then there will be calculations in curation's reward poll.
These are as follows -
• If We vote a post instantly at the time of posting, then 100% will go to the reward pool.
• If We vote a post at 1 minute of posting, then curator will receive 20% and 80% will go to the reward pool.
• If we vote a post at 2 minute of posting, then curator will receive 40% and 60% will go to the reward pool.
• If we vote a post at 3 minute of posting, then curator will receive 60% and 40% will go to the reward pool.
• If we vote at 4 minute of posting, then curator will get 80% and 20% will go to the reward pool.

I will vote for @steemchiller and @justyy and @starlord28. These have made some very essential tools in Steemit which should be required and have helped a lot.
Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?
Well, There are various communities on Steemit. If you click on Explore Communities, then you will get many communities.
I have joined Bestofindia Community as this is indian community and there held various contests in which I can participate and can earn Steem.
I have joined Steemit Crypto Academy as in this community, there are produced fixed and dynamic courses through which I can learn about Crypto after taking these courses and I can also earn rewards by doing homework posts Given in these courses.
