I am very happy because my Achievement 5 and its tasks is verified. I am very thankful to steemit and its members. Steemit give a platform .I have learned lot of here. so i write a achievement 6 about the "Understanding creation and community"

HOW VOTING AND CURATION WORK IN STEEMIT?

You can make good content in facebook the users of facbook like your post but he cannot get reward.same procedure you make a post with good content . the steemit vote your post and give reward. .when any person distribute a reward he get 50 percent reward in distributed reward.
you can distributed more reward form reward pool the condition is if you have more steem power. the reward gets distributed between first who person make post and second person is curator. you b should try to increase your SP and donot try power down your SP.

WHAT IS VOTING POWER

Voting power is like a "power bar" . it keeps on increasing or decreasing .it is 100 percent full everytime .when you voted any post a your voting power is decrease it mean you use a small amount to every vote. when you vote any person. before voting the vote is 100 percent and after voting you vote decrease 2 percent. the power get recharge automatically with 24 hours and recharges speed of every day is 20 percent when you have 500+SP your voting power show and my SP is less than 500 so my voting power cannot appear.

What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

There are some conditions when you curating the content and the curation reward apply your content. the division of curation reward apply with time as below in table

Which community will you join in Steemit, and why

Its been two months since i steemit. The founder of steem infinity zone guide me about steemit. The founder of steem infinity zone is @cryptokarze .i love this community .they provide a friendly environment and support me. One more community i joined STEEMIT PAKISTAN because that is my country community. i like this community.

i join the Promosteembecause i am also promoting steemit to my friends and i will continue to promote.
