ACHIEVEMENT4: Applying Markdown By @pushpika
Hello Steemians, Good day to you all.
At the beginning of Steemit, I was surprised with bold, italic texts and as well as the tabular interpretation. Because I couldn't find any symbols to access directly to said functions. Since we were used to work with the Graphical User Interfaces, it was bit difficult to adhere to this system.
But when it was studied, it sense that coding is more easier than GUIs. Therefore I want to share these coding for applying markdown.
What is a Markdown?
Markdown is a lightweight markup language for creating formatted text using a plain-text editor. John Gruber and Aaron Swartz created Markdown in 2004 as a markup language that is appealing to human readers in its source code form.[9] Markdown is widely used in blogging, instant messaging, online forums, collaborative software, documentation pages, and readme files.

This is the basic of markdown. If you want to concatenate two or three functions then add the codes together.
Let's say you want to make a word both bold and italic. Then you may use both ** and _ symbols together.
