Understand perfectly. Hope you understand my recommendation. If you are going to create your community and want to attract people, make a proper presentation post of the subjects, projects and initiatives, communicate with people by commenting their own posts, giving attention to the author you are visiting, create dialogue and expose your ideas. There are also specialized communities about crypto where you can find people with common interest, connect with them.
Is a common view that repeating the same comment in multiple accounts is seen as spam.
