Hello everyone in the newcomer community. Name is Alejandro. Alias @psicoparedes. On this occasion, I would like to make my application post to be one of the next members of the Steem Greeters team. I hope you can take these details into consideration.
INTRODUCTION
First of all, I would like to introduce myself to the community in case anyone does not know me. My name, as I said before, is Alejandro. I'm from Venezuela. I am 23 years old, and I recently graduated from the petroleum engineering career.
I started my journey through Steemit in 2017, in December. I was one of the founders and moderators of the defunp community called musketeers, which was a fairly proactive community that was responsible for helping all those people who were just starting out on the platform.
I was on the platform for most of 2018, but then for personal and university reasons, I decided to pause myself worked on the platform so I could focus on college.
After graduating from college, I returned to the Steemit's platform. To pick up what I once started. My mother tongue is Spanish, and my second language is English, and I handle a bit other types of languages, such as Portuguese and Esperanto. I am currently a moderator of the Steeming community, an increasing community that I know can grow by leaps and bounds. Here we try to do our best to promote personal growth and community growth as well, where we have various goals proposed by the end of the year. We also organize many different contests and dynamics for the community.
I always liked the idea of being a writer, blogger, and a crypto-investor, and doing what I like: write and create quality content.
LANGUAGES
In this case, I can verify and help Spanish-speaking and English-speaking members. These two languages are the ones that I dominate the most, and I have a lot of ease in both. I am good enough at these two languages to be able to perform optimally and effectively during the working day. I would have no problem curing content or helping people who speak these two languages.
CRITERIA TO CHECK:
ACH 1: For this achievement, I would be in charge of verifying that the person's introduction to the platform is correct. I will ensure that your publications contain the appropriate information, and information required for the verification of achievement. This data includes the name, country, or residence, if that person works or studies, their experience with cryptocurrencies, their hobbies, what kind of publications they would like to make, among other essential details to make themselves known within the platform.
Ach 2: In this achievement I would make sure that people really know what the meaning and security of their account is. How the keys of their accounts work, and how they can store them securely, so that they do not compromise their account or keys. I would also make sure they know and learn about the use of Steemit’s wallet and how they can handle themselves within the platform's internal market.
Ach 3: For this achievement, I would make sure that people understand how the content works on the platform and how they must handle it, what the brain test is, so they can make quality publications and that they have no problem with it. I will also make sure that they correctly put the source of their content, and that they avoid plagiarism, both externally and internally on the platform, since we all know that content copied directly from other platforms, web pages, or users is totally prohibited within Steemit. That is why in this achievement I will make sure that they understand that it is necessary to avoid such violations on the platform so their content can be quality content.
Ach 4: This achievement is about learning about Mark Down or HTML. Here I will make sure that people and newcomers to the platform understand the use of these types of codes, and how they can use them to beautify the aesthetics of their publications. I am going to be checking that they know how to use the codes correctly, so that they can have a singleness with them, as well as give them some recommendations in this regard so that they can use those encodings more efficiently and that they do not complicate when it comes to making a publication. Tutorials to use these codes there are quite some, but they have to know how to use them correctly and that is what I want to try to teach them in this case.
Ach 5: This achievement is based on knowing how to use platform-related tools. Here I will be checking and making sure that people really understand how Steem-related platforms work and, so that they can versus statistics, their funds, comments or votes they give to others, as well as how they can see their rewards, and how they can see their future curator rewards. Besides that, I want to make sure they know how they can have control of their account within the platform and how they can access all kinds of statistics related to their account. I am going to make sure they understand how these external platforms work, and that they use them for their benefit and that they have better control over their own statistics and their own account.
Ach 6: This time, this achievement is based on the use of external applications linked to Steemit, such as Discord. As well as learning about curations and communities within the platform. This is a fairly important achievement as it would allow advanced knowledge about using the platform for newcomers. They really need to know how the curation system works, how communities work, how rewards are distributed, why they need to vote for witnesses, and other data that they need to know to really have in mind how everything is handled within Steemit. That is why I will take care, in this case, that they understand or try to learn in the best way this topic that is so delicate and sometimes very confusing for many people who are just starting out within the platform, and it is one of the most essential and important things that people have to know.
Why would I be a good member of the Steem Greeters team?
Because I know how the platform works and I am an old user of it. In addition to speaking Spanish and English fluently, I can handle quite well with the different tools of Steemit. I could probably become a representative of Venezuela at some point, as I also applied to be a representative of my country last month.
In addition, I understand that there is a lot of work to be done on this team, as many people join the platform every day. I guess it is good to have an increase in staff to help with the different tasks they perform every day. For my part, I decided to become a full-time Steemian on the platform, so I have plenty of time to help and accompany the team in the tasks required. I feel like I have the availability and commitment to help them manage their tasks and to try to reach as many people as possible.
Also, I am highly creative, and I use many tools within the platform. I could also supply the team with tools to help them make their work easier and make it a little more automated, with regard to the verification of achievements and the way in which the work is carried out. I can devise other mechanics or use different applications or extensions that can help the team cope with the work more effectively. Some of these tools I have already shared to our partner @cryptokannon.
My reputation is 59.5, and my SP exceeds 1200.

I intend to continue to grow within the platform, as I know that my SP will continue to increase over time. I intend to continue investing within the platform because I know we can build something quite big together, and that's why I want to help others grow, and that we can all understand that the platform has a motive and a goal. I want to be part of something big, something big that all of us can help build. That is why I want to trust this platform and that is why I want to keep investing in it so that I can continue to grow, and I want to make everyone follow the same path.
