I'm glad to announce that this is my last achievement task. Well this is last but not the least. This task is about the understanding curation and community. I must say these achievements are very adventageous for the steemit users. We learn a lot about steemit tools until we'll not have the proper knowledge of steemit tools, it will be very difficult for us to use steemit. Well this achievement task contains few questions which i'll discuss accordingly. I'm very grateful to @cryptokannon who has introduced this program for the newcomers. She has made it very clear and easy for the steemit users.

• How Voting And Curation Work In Steemit?

Voting means to vote. It is divided into two, the first one is Upvote, which means the form of a positive vote that we give. We can say when we response positively. Second one is Downvote, which means when we don't support the post by giving a negative vote. We can say when we response negatively. For the beginners, they have 100% voting rights. But when they reached 500 SP, then they we will be given a choice in the form of a voting power slider. The options are from 1 to 100%. There is a definite value for your upvote that is congruous to your steam power. The more steem power you have the more will be your upvote value. With every vote you cast your voting power decrease by 2%. But the good part is that voting power keeps on recharging at the rate of 20% per day . So if you want your voting power to be 100% at the end of the day you have to cast only 10 votes per day.

Curation is a indue that we receive in a post with an upvote. We get value or rewards from the Upvotes we get, whether in the form of SBD, Steem, or TRX. We can set everything in each post when we make a post.

You can see in this screen grab 47 people has Upvote votes but has a little Steem Power, they have little curation value.

In this screen grab you can see 05 people has Upvote their votes but there is Steemcurator01 who has high Steem Power, so the curation value also increases.
Steem Power is very influential on the curation value that we will get. Suppose, if the Steem power of people who upvote us is a little, then we will also get a little curation, even though there are many people who vote for our posts. However, if there are a lot of people who upvote our posts, even in small amounts, it will be very meaningful for the curation of the post. This all depends on the Voting Power and the amount of Steem you have.

• What Happened If You Vote A Post Before 5 Minutes Marks After Posting?

If we choose to vote a post before 5 minutes after posting is that there will be a division of time and the number of prizes to be received. Voting on posts before five minutes decreases curation reward, that is, the reward that you were anticipated to get after post pay out.So don't spoil yourself by being in hurry while voting. Have patience for at least five minutes.The sooner you vote, the lesser rewards you get.

• Who Will You Vote For Steem Witness ? And Why?

I would vote for @steemchiller for Steemworld and @justyy for Steemyy. They have developed some amazing tools which are very helpful for the steemit users, so they deserve to be supported. Similarly among the others, I will have to look for their contributions.

• Which Community Will You Join In Steemit, And Why?

As I follow many communities I'm able to get a lot of information and knowledge. I will choose several communities that will support my skills. Because Steemit is the only platform where you can find original content. Its fucntions are universal without limitations. You can share your skills and you can learn from others. There are no restrictions to show your calliber. The reason why I joined other communities is because of their purpose of creation and their dedication which suits my interests and i will enjoy posting and curating in these communities. In the future I will explore many other communities.
