Good day Steemians, I believe we're all doing fine? I'm excited to present to you my next achievement task which is centered on a comprehensive review on the steemscan platform.

WHAT IS STEEMSCAN

Steemscan is a STEEM exchange tool designed on the STEEM system that has been built for the purpose of exchanging steem token with other cryptocurrencies like Tether, Bitcoin and Tron.
Steemscan is easy to use and simple to navigate. Steemscan was built by @futureshock and @roadofrich.

THE CURRENT STEEM PRICE AND VOLUMES ON DATE OF SUBMISSION OF THIS REVIEW.

Right after visiting the steemscan, there's a dollar sign on the top right-hand corner of the homepage. Once you click on it, two graphical charts appear, they both represent the price movement and the volume movement. Image below.

PLEASE EXPLAIN THE INFORMATION SHOWN UNDER LATEST TRANSACTIONS AND BLOCK SECTION.

Below the graphical charts, you'll find the Latest transactions and Latest Block tabs.

Under Latest transactions

• Block ID: The unique number given to every block on a Blockchain.
• ID: This can be tagged as the transaction ID which is provided for every single transaction.
• Timestamp: This is the time and date in which the transaction occurred.
• Sender: This is user ID or username of the sender.
• Receiver/permlink/ID: The user ID of the recipient.
• Type: Mostly the STEEM transaction type.
• Amount/%/Payload: This is the amount in percentage for steem/sbd

Under Latest blocks

• ID: This can be tagged as the transaction ID which is provided for every single transaction.
• Height: This is the location on a Blockchain that is measured by the number of confirmed blocks that precede it.
• Timestamp: refers to the time and date the transaction occurred
• Block transaction: A record of every new transaction added to the block.
• Mined by: UserID or username of the miner.

PLEASE EXPLAIN THE INFORMATION BEING DISPLAYED UNDER THE WITNESSES SECTION AND STEPS TO VOTE A WITNESS.

To access the witness page, click on the "menu" tab. After that, a set of options will be displayed where you'll see the "witness" tab.

• Total witness: The total number of signatures.
• Total mined: The total amount of STEEM mined
• Last block Height: The total number of blocks in a Blockchain exception of one.
• Transaction count: The Total number of confirmed transactions.
• Current witness: The is the user ID of the last signature on the block.

Steps to vote a witness

Under the active tab, select a user you'll like to vote for and click on the "vote" tab.

you then confirm the transaction by clicking on continue. Image below.

Fill the necessary info needed and click on "Get started" to proceed.

WHAT IS DAPPS AND MENTION THREE DAPPS WHICH YOU HAVE USED OR MAY USE IN THE FUTURE.

Dapps is simply a short form for decentralized applications.
These are apps that run on a peer to peer network on a decentralized computing system like a Blockchain for example. Steemscan has a few dapps that we'll be looking into.

Overtime, I've used a few Dapps like:

• Pancake swap
• Steem Blockchain explorer
• Poocoin

HOW CAN ONE USE QUICK CONVERT AND WHAT IS THE FEE CHARGED FOR DIFFERENT STEEM AMOUNT FOR WITHDRAWAL.

Steem can be converted to other cryptocurrencies like Tether, Bitcoin and Tron. amongst many others on the quick convert page.

Type the amount of STEEM you'd like to convert, be certain you've you've copied the address of the wallet you want to withdraw it to, then click on "create order".

PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT INFORMATION IS PROVIDED BY THE SEARCH FEATURE.

On the search tab, we can see different steem actions like Account, block and transactions.

click on "search type" and the follow options will appear.
