First log in to https://steemworld.org/ using posting key.

How can we see the historical rewards summary, for the last 30 days and the last 7 days?

After entering the page click on the dashboard like this-

A section will appear where you can see in the upper left part the name of the user you placed and below the summary of the historical reward in the last 7 and 30 days.

Delegations are the power of steem. There are two types of delegations: incoming and outgoing. Outbound delegations are the power that is shared with other accounts.
Visit Steem World & click on the dashboard.

Then click on switch account and enter the name of the user who will make the delegation. A list of tabs are on the left side. You must select the delegations option, the incoming delegations will appear, the outgoing ones, expiring and delegate.
Clicking on delegate will open a tab to put the name of the account to whom to delegate in this case I put mine yuleixis16, below the amount of steem power that you are going to delegate give ok and another confirmation tab will open, verify the data and if all is well give the option yes.

Another tab will open again which will request the private active key, place it and give it the ok option and that's it.

To review the operations of an account in the last 7 days Visit Steem World by clicking on the link after entering the page click on the dashboard. Go down and look for the tab that says account operations here you can see the votes, comments, curation reward, author reward, post editing, comment editing.

Curation rewards return value to users who upvote the post.
Author rewards are received for posting original content which are upvotes from users with enough SP to increase the value of the work
