Answer
To delegate sp click on tools as seen on my first answer to question then the tool will appear then proceed to clicking steem sp delegate tool as seen below..

Then it will lead you to a page were you can delegate your sp,after that fill in your user id and the persons id you are delegating steempower to, add the amount of sp you delegating,choose the method you wanna use to login then click continue to delegate..

How to check transfer history between two account simply click on tools then the image below will appear then click on steem wallet tool-steem account..

After click on steem wallet-steem account this will appear

To automaticaly collect your reward in steem or sbd simply click on tool on the home screen then,click on steem auto claim reward as seen below..

Then it will lead you to the page below which
you will insert your steem id and steem posting key then proceed to check..

Click on tool scroll to were you have delegator and delegatees the click on steem power delegator checker as seen below..
