In every organization there rules and regulations that govern every operation. That's why in steemit stealing is highly prohibited. Lets see how we can avoid stealing and what is stealing types if there is any.

Talking about plagiarism may seem too difficulty to understand. Therefore i will like to bring it down to a lay man understanding which is stealing. Here stealing means taking something that does not belong to you without asking for permission from the original owner. In steemit plagiarism is a punishable offense that can remove you from steeming or even attract mutes on your write up. So you see while is wise to avoid it.

There are different types of plagiarism and it includes:

• self-plagiarism

• Direct-plagiarism

• Paraphrasing-plagiarism

• Mosaic-plagiarism

• Self- plagiarism means repeating your self in writing. Thats people have known you to be using one particular words or sentence frequently.

• Direct-plagiarism- Here is stealing the whole work of a person without calling the person's attention to it.

• Paraphrasing-plagiarism- making people feel you are the owner of a work not knowing is copied from somewhere.

• mosaic-plagiarism-This means showing an already exiting work of another person as your own or in your own way.

Here are some possible ways to avoid Plagiarism.
1 create your own design of writing.

2 Quote the owner by using a quatation sign.

3 Make use of your own choice of word.

4 Give your self time to write and ask questions

5 write quality post.

Citation here means giving acknowledgment to someone who owns a work. Or making reference to the original own. This done by using some punctuation signs to differentiate it.
