in Newcomers' Communitylast year (edited)

Greetings,

Peace Steemian,

How are you doing dear readers in Steemit?
I have to be honest the topic of this article can create discomfort for bloggers that have started to write with no multiple years of experience under their name of the writer. I would like to propose to appreciate the information shared below as a guide to improve your contribution to this great initiative of mind-free production. I would like to thank Steemians gathered to moderate this achievement initiative that guides all newly onboard bloggers on the platform. I have received my verification for the completion of my first achievement task.
Let's move right into the main subject of this article “content etiquette”.

* How do you conceive the case of plagiarism?

Plagiarism is related to the act of using someone else's words, or work without no mentioning the authors or giving the author proper credit. Plagiarized articles often generate consequences that negatively impact the plagiarist.
The act of mentioning the author that produce the section of sentences cited in the article greatly helps to avoid being labeled a plagiarist. I regularly give credit to the original source of information when using other authors’ ideas.

* Different forms of plagiarism

Plagiarism has multiple forms such as the copy-paste text authored from a source nowhere to be seen in the present publication.

. Paraphrasing a source without proper attribution, and acknowledgment.
. Complete plagiarism consists of taking words from an author and presenting them as your own.
. Direct plagiarism is picking some words from a post.
I believe there are many other forms of plagiarism that are as harmful as the plagiarism in the list above to the quality of one content and reputation in a community or the entire Steemit platform.

* What is a citation?

A citation contains a reference to a source of information used in a written work, such as a research paper, essay, or book. The citation provides readers with the necessary information to locate the original source of the information cited. It is crucial that when we quote someone's words, we learn how to cite properly the author of the external words.

The bibliographic citations.

It involves including a complete reference to the source of information at the end of your work, in a bibliography or reference list. Bibliographic citations can be formatted in a number of different styles such as APA, MLA.

Briefly, citing sources is an important practice for Steemit users to give credit, avoid plagiarism, provide evidence, and help readers to find more information.

I'm inviting @aditi993, @sohail7878, @amjadali00 to submit the achievement N.3 article unless they have posted it.

Thank you for this opportunity to share my understanding of the basic security practices required on Steemit and Steem blockchain. I will be reading and sharing more information with the member of the community because we always have something to learn from other bloggers' experiences.

Note:

I would like to mention that my achievement N.2 was published a few days ago and it is not verified at the moment of submission of the current article. I hope to get verified in the achievement N.2 and N.3.
If there are any suggestions or amelioration, I will stay available to insert all recommendations.
