ACHIEVEMENT ONE TASK: INTRODUCTION POST BY MISS NANCY

My name is Ima-obong Akpan, friends call me Nancy Hills, a female gender as my name says. I was born on August 28th, 1999. I am a native of Ikot Idem Udo, Okon in Essien Udim Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.

My hobbies are Writing and playing on a musical instrument called Clarinet. I have ambition and aspiration, which is to be a notable Military Lady, I hope to achieve that by the end of this year. Adding to that, I am a staunch fanatic, besides being a sincere lover of Poetry, I sometimes write beautiful romance too.

I have interest in art work which mostly include pen and paper work. I also have models in the area of my interest: Musical instrument I have Sabine Meyer, a Garman Clarinetist and a Professor in a music School, Meyer plays life into me anytime I listen to her records. In Poetry I have Chimamanda Adichie, a Nigerian Writer from Enugu who has hypnotized my whole being through her ink. Purple Hibiscus and Half of a Yellow Sun are my favorite books from her.
In Military I have Aderonke Kale, who became the first female major-general in the Nigerian Army. She rose to command the Nigerian Army Medical Corps. Such a powerful woman!

My father was a Military Man also although I wouldn't want to emulate him a bit, if you need to know my reasons, we will discuss. My Family especially my Mom has been my biggest fan and model at the same time. My elder sister is my second mother any day any time.

While "Uneasy Lies The Head That Wears The Crown" remains my best quote, I want to try my best to make a better living and make my Mother's prayers a good thing to reminisce about.

I know that no matter how much I try to imitate someone, the best I can be is the number 2 of that person, so I crave to be Sabine Mayer¹¹, Chimamanda¹¹ and Aderonke¹¹.
