Etymology

In Russian, Serbian and Macedonian, the word букварь (bukvar') or буквар (bukvar) refers to a school textbook that helps young youngsters master the techniques of reading and writing. it's therefore conjectured that the earliest Indo-European writings might are lapidarian on beech wood.[5] The Latin word codex, which means a book within the trendy sense (bound and with separate leaves), originally meant 'block of wood'
