Achievement 2: basic security on steemit.

Greeting to everyone on Steemit, I remain @musa-spp it's a great privilege to be on this platform called Steemit I'm here to write on the functions of the various keys on Steemit which is the basic security on Steemit. Achievement 2.

Question 1
Have you retrieved all your keys on Steemit?
Yes I have done that.
I was able to successfully retrieve all my keys on Steemit such as the the posting key, active key, owner key, and memo key.

Question2
Do you know how each of these key functions and restrictions?
Yes, I know the function of the keys that I have retrieved.

1. The posting key.
   Th posting key is the most common key on steemit, this is used daily for posting, voting login, comments and resteem. It is advisable to use the posting key daily to prevent key or password damage or compromised. The more posting key is used the leser the risk of being compromised or damaged.
2. Active key - the active key are use for sensitive transactions as transferring funds, power up/down transactions, converting Steem Dollars, voting for witnessrs, avatar, and placing a market order, and updating profile. Profile picture.
3. The owner key.
   This key is used to reset or change password of an account. Is the most powerful steam key.
   4.The memo key.
   Are keys used in encrypting and decrypting memos when making transfer. Use the pound/# sign before it.

Question 3
How do you plan to keep your master password?
To secure account passwords or key is a Major concern in steemit. The following are ways i have plan to keep my account safe.
1.printed method.
I have print and keep my keys as hard copy.
2.online storage.
I have save my keys in my email address and Google drive.

Question 4
Do you know how to transfer your Steam token to another Steam user account?
Yes I can transfer my Steam token to another account user. The following are the steps.

1. You log into your Steem account, And click on wallet.
   
   2.beside the steam you click an arrow
   
2. Click on transfer
   
3. Fill the recipient account and amounts to be transferred.
   
4. Click on next.
   
5. Input your memo key and press ok.
   
6. Input your active key then sign in.

Question 5
Do you know how to power up your STEEM?
Yes i can can Power my steem.

1. I will log into my accounts, and click on wallet.
   
2. Click an arrow beside steem
   

1. Click on Power up.

1. Input amount of steem and power up.

1. Input the memo key and click ok.

Remember, your account security is your responsibility. Stay vigilant and take proactive measures to safeguard your Steemit account.
