Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

When you make a post in social media like Instagram & Twitter and Facebook, but you don't collect reward, in this you can have only likes and emoji. ON THE OTHERHAND if you post in STEEMIT and make a good content, then you can sure to get some reward.
If you have more SP you give a vote, if you have not more SP, You cannot give vote.
Reward is distribute in two persons FIRST IS Author( written the post ) and SECOND IS Curator.( whose give vote, voter ).

VOTING POWER:

Voting power shown like a bar. If you vote any author so your voting power is decrease. so that is the reason you can use very small amount of vote. Sometime your voting power is increasing and decreasing. Before voting my vote power is 100% and After voting my power is decrease 2%, and it will charged automatically within 24 hours. And its charging speed is 20%. If you have 500SP you can give vote, if you have not you can't give the vote.
And also your voting power is show when you have 500SP.

What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

Some conditions when you curating the content. The division of curation reward apply with time.
If you up vote at a time.

0	0

If you up vote after 1 minute.

CURATOR REWARD	REMAINING REWARDS POOL
20%	80%

If you up vote after 2 minute.

CURATOR REWARD	REMAINING REWARDS POOL
40%	60%

If you up vote after 3 minute.

CURATOR REWARD	REMAINING REWARDS POOL
60%	40%

If you up vote after 4 minute.

CURATOR REWARD	REMAINING REWARDS POOL
80%	20%

if your post is upvote later to 5 minute, then 100% the curation reward go to curator.

In future i will vote:
i give the first vote to the @cryptokraze because he introduce me on steemit, and also he he give me some information about steemit. And also he will ask me this platform gives many opportunity. And i see these opportunity, that is very amazing.
my second vote go to the @justyy because he is the manager of account creating tool in steemyy.com. He make very interesting tool AND ALSO THE BEGINNER LEARN VERY EASILY.

Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

Its been two months since i joined steemit. the @cryptokraze tell me about steemit. The @cryptokraze is the owner of steem infinity zone. This community support all the members. I am also a ACTIVE USER in this community.
I join the STEEMIT PAKISTAN because this a my country community.
in this community i am ACTIVE USER
And also i join the Promosteem community, in this community i work to promote the steemit, and i still continues to promoting.
