DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW VOTING AND CURATION WORK IN STEEMIT?

Yes, I understand how voting and curation work in Steemit.
Here is a quick run through of my understanding;

VOTING:

To vote a post means you recognize and acknowledge the cogency of the user's work. Voting is of two types; upvote and downvote.
Upvoting is the act of acknowledging a post while to downvote means you disregard or reject a certain post, which is due to plagiarism in most cases.

Voting manner:
It should be known that every Steemit user has a voting manner, and this voting manner decreases with every increase in your votings; I.e with an increase in the rate at which a user votes post, the user's voting manner decreases as well proportionally. The good news is that this voting manner replenishes daily by 20%.

CURATION:

Curation is voting. A person who upvotes a post is called a curator. Therefore, if a person curates an author's post or comment he/she receives 50% reward of the vote he allocated. And this reward Is called “curation reward”.

Curation trail: This is mostly used by communities to support its members. This is when a user automatically curate posts that has also been curated by other users I.e, if a post is being made to a group, as long as a user curates the post every member of the group curates it as well. This is done by joining a communities “curation trail”.

WHAT HAPPENED IF YOU VOTE A POST BEFORE 5 MINUTES MARKS AFTER POSTING?

When a vote is made on a post before 5 minutes After posting, this will lead to a decrease in the curation reward which will be allocated to the curator. Which means out of the 50% curation reward to be received by the curator, less than 100% of it will actually be received.

WHO WILL YOU VOTE FOR STEEM WITNESS? AND WHY?

I will vote @srrebullient for steem witness because He has been there to answer my questions and never once complained about me disturbing or whatnot. His encouragement gave me the strength and the the zeal to keep pushing forward in Steemit.
